At Jawhara Jewellery, we want you to treasure every piece you purchase; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 7 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all authenticity certificates and protective packaging intact.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our dedicated concierge team or log into your account portal to submit a return request, specifying your order number and the reason for the return.
Secure Packaging
Place the jewellery item back into its original luxury presentation box and transit packaging, ensuring all diamond certificates and warranty cards are included.
Complimentary Pickup
Once your request is approved, we will arrange for a secure, insured courier to collect the package from your doorstep at a time that suits you.
Inspection and Refund
Our master gemologists will inspect the returned piece for quality assurance, after which your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
